Buy a gift certificate by adding it to your basket and you’ll receive an email within 24 hours with your certificate attached. You can forward this email onto the lucky recipient or print it out yourself and give it to them directly.

Terms and Conditions:

• A Websters Shoes gift certificate may only be used once.
• Websters Shoes regret that if the total amount of an order is less than the stated value of the certificate, it is unable to transfer the difference onto a subsequent order (the difference is not transferrable to another order). As a result, the gift certificate can only be redeemed on one order. However, multiple gift certificates can be combined in one order.
• Webster Shoes gift certificates can be redeemed online at webstershoes.co.uk, via our freephone number (0800 349 4020) or via post – just enter the serial number in the basket when you order, quote it when you call or send your certificate with your order via post.
• Gift certificates have no cash redemption value and are not transferable (refunds are not available).
• If the order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate or the gift card, the balance must be paid by credit/debit card or by cheque if ordering by post.
• Gift certificates will expire 6 months from the date of issue.
• Websters Shoes is not responsible if a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
